I brought the vehicle in for a warranty concern that another dealership had failed to fix twice. The service department at Ed Dena worked to fix the issue until I was happy and they were confident the repair was done properly. I would definitely come here for service again. It was great working with the service manager, Richard May, and service advisor, Ken Price, to get the issue fixed hopefully once and for all.

Great customer service from service advisor. Great customer service from over the counter employee. The dealership takes too long to perform an oil change. Even with an early scheduled appointment it still takes close to two hours to complete an oil change.

The dealership was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.

Headliner had a tear in when we purchased our truck. We did not notice it at the time since it was dark when we bought it. Dealership took care of the replacement for is at no charge. Very appreciative for them doing that.

This is our 2nd car purchase at Ed Dena’s in Dinuba. We live in Fresno but drive the distance as the staff and salespeople are genuinely nice and do not pressure. It was a pleasure working with them again.

I am a bit disappointed. I brought my car in for a stabilizer/ABS light that started coming on intermittently after you replacing my torque converter. Only to be told it was now my battery and it would be $500 To fix! I declined that overpriced repair. I think you found and fixed the sensor warning which I believe was possibly only a loose or bad connection. Amazingly I took my car to a local auto repair and there is nothing wrong with my battery. I feel like you had to make up some fake needed repair, and maybe thought I was a woman who doesn't know anything about cars. You are wrong.

First oil change

I had such a good experience at Ed Dena’s. I was so nervous to go get a new car due to my credit, but Luis made me feel so comfortable. He made the whole experience enjoyable and did his best to make the purchase smooth and comfortable. If you are looking ago get a new car I would highly recommend this dealership and Luis as your salesman!
