First of all I wanna say thank you for making the shopping experience a breeze. I explained the situation in what I was in & was not pushed or rushed into purchasing a vehicle I did not like or want. Great customer service from service advisor. Great customer service from over the counter employee. The dealership takes too long to perform an oil change. Even with an early scheduled appointment it still takes close to two hours to complete an oil change.

I brought the vehicle in for a warranty concern that another dealership had failed to fix twice. The service department at Ed Dena worked to fix the issue until I was happy and they were confident the repair was done properly. I would definitely come here for service again. It was great working with the service manager, Richard May, and service advisor, Ken Price, to get the issue fixed hopefully once and for all.
